Request FurMinder account deletion

Email rejesthm@gmail.com from the email address used for your FurMinder account. Include your account email and, if available, your Firebase user ID.

Email deletion request

• Your Firebase Authentication account where FurMinder controls the account.
• Your owner profile, pet profiles, reminders, gallery metadata, medical records, weight entries, settings, push tokens, and related owner-owned Firestore data.
• Your owner-owned Firebase Storage files such as profile photos, pet photos, gallery uploads, and medical attachments.
• Your FurMinder subscription entitlement record and gallery quota counters stored in Firebase.
• Clinic relationship and pet-sharing records that connect your owner account to a clinic.

• Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or audit integrity.
• Store transaction history managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, which is controlled by the relevant store account.
• Clinic-created business records that a clinic must retain for its own legal or operational obligations. To remove those records, contact the clinic directly as well.

FurMinder will review deletion requests and may ask for verification before deleting data. Deletion is normally processed within 30 days after the request is verified unless a longer period is required by law or store policy.
